These terms

These terms apply to easystartauto.ca. By using the site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to them.

What we do

You tell us what vehicle you are looking for and what you want to spend. We search available inventory, dealer networks and sourcing channels, show you what we find, and help arrange financing and the purchase if you ask us to.

We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. Financing is provided by a third-party lender on its own terms, and any approval is theirs to give.

Vehicles, prices and availability

Vehicles shown on this site are examples. Availability, price, kilometres and condition change constantly and often come from third-party listings, so we cannot guarantee any particular vehicle is still available or that every detail is current.

Nothing here is an offer to sell. Every purchase is subject to a separate written agreement and the terms of the selling dealer.

Pre-approvals

A pre-approval enquiry is a request for us to look into financing for you. It is not an application to a particular lender and it is not a credit decision. If your request goes to a lender, that lender may check your credit as part of assessing it, and we will tell you before that happens.

What you tell us

Please give us accurate information, and only information that is yours to give. If you tell us about a co-applicant, you confirm you have their permission.

Using this site

Do not use this site unlawfully, interfere with how it works, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. The text, images and branding here belong to Easy Start Auto.

Limits

We keep this site as accurate and available as we can, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection law in British Columbia.

Privacy and governing law

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
